Rachel explains how we as leaders need to be looking at their needs and understand the growth they are striving for. Mike and Rachel also speak about the change in the workforce that was brought on by COVID-19. Rachel shares he experiences on how the workforce is re-assessing what’s important to them and individually redefining what success means.
